RETURN

We want to make sure that you are completely happy with your bottle and have a great experience with us. Returns will be accepted for all items that are in new condition with within 7 days of purchase. This policy only applies to items that are purchased through our website. To return, please email support @wishinabottle.net with your original order number and reason for return

EXCHANGE

If you need to make an exchange, your items must be in new condition with unopened packaging within 7 days of purchase. To exchange, please email support @wishinabottle.net with your order number and reason for exchange. You will cover the return shipping and handling cost, and we will cover the exchange item shipping.

WARRANTY & REPLACEMENT

We proudly offer a 7 Day warranty for manufacturer defects on bottles purchased through our website. Please note that general wear and tear, including scratches, dings and other marks are not covered. Manufacturer defects include but are not limited to: micro leaks, blemishes, and structural imperfections sustained before initial use.

If your Bottle breaks due to a manufacturing defect within the first 14 days of purchase, we will send you a replacement free of charge! For replacements, please email support @wishinabottle.net with your order number, photo of the issue, and let us know how it occurred.

* Only product purchased through quebottle.com will be eligible for a free replacement. Limited to 1 replacement per bottle.

ACCIDENT POLICY

We understand accidents happen. If you have damaged your WISH IN A BOTTLE within 7 days of purchase, please email support @wishinabottle.net with your order number, photo of the damaged part and let us know how it was damaged. After you send us the damaged bottle, we will send you a new one. You cover shipping and handling fees and we’ll cover the replacement. Limited to one bottle per customer
